There are two primary purposes:

1. To allow anyone to post an artwork and ask for critique or indeed help it doesnt have to be serious critique. We keep that for the Art-Club Pro Group.

2. To allow anyone to submit an article or comment to the ArtCritique Club Magazine. It's just a nice way of getting involved.
