Abstract Art Critique

"Organic Moods" Commentary We have already had several comments about Organic Moods by Gregory. It's fizzy drink approach makes this abstract different. It has geological or atmospheric drift: warm ochres and browns cascade downward like mineral deposits, resin, or weathered sediment. while the pale veining creates a sense of erosion and slow organic movement. The result is tactile and alive, with the surface patterning giving it both a cellular and a landscape-like character

When we first received this submission we were blown away by the emotion it created. The discussion amongst the group as to its meaning and message "War" was fascinating so we have quite deliberately added little to the commentary as we are keen to receive your thoughts and comments which we will pass back to the artist.
